SMI Properties, a subsidiary of Speedway Motorsports, Inc., offers an extensive collegiate bedding line with over twenty-five items per school. We feature eleven universities including Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, LSU, Nebraska, Ohio State, Tennessee and Texas. We are officially licensed through the Collegiate Licensing Company and the Licensing Resource Group.
Our product line is 100% Made in America. Our fabric is loomed and printed in South Carolina with our cut-and-sew operations in North Carolina. All finished products are warehoused and shipped out of our Harrisburg, NC facility.
We use a 250 thread count fabric made of a 50/50 Cotton/Polyester blend. We carry an “at once” on shelf inventory and offer a drop ship program.
